Day 1: Arrival in Samburu
We will depart from Nairobi CBD at 07:30 hrs. If you prefer, we can arrange a pick-up from your desired location. Enjoy a scenic drive along the Nairobi-Thika Super Highway, passing through the beautiful Kenyan landscapes on our way to Samburu National Reserve. This journey takes approximately 3-4 hours, ensuring we arrive just in time for lunch.

Upon arrival, check into your reserved lodge or camp, where you can relax and refresh before indulging in a delicious lunch. Spend the early afternoon unwinding and enjoying the lodge’s amenities.

Later in the afternoon, embark on an exhilarating game drive through Samburu's breathtaking wilderness. Marvel at the stunning views of Kenya’s Northern Frontier and witness the region’s abundant wildlife, including herds of elephants, some bearing magnificent ivory tusks. Mornings are the best time for wildlife viewing, offering an excellent chance to spot big cats such as lions, leopards, and cheetahs as they roam the Savannah.

Our safari will take us to the renowned Observation Hill, providing panoramic views of the park and its diverse wildlife. Witness large herds of elephants crossing near your vehicle and keep an eye out for over 80 different mammal species and more than 400 bird species.
