3 Days Masai Mara Camping Safari from Nairobi
Your adventure begins with an early morning pick-up from your hotel, residence, or the airport in Nairobi. Travel through the spectacular Great Rift Valley, stopping at a scenic viewpoint before continuing to the world-famous Masai Mara National Reserve.
Arrive at your permanent tented camp in time for lunch and check-in. In the afternoon, head out on your first game drive, searching for lions, elephants, giraffes, zebras, buffaloes, cheetahs, and many other wildlife species that call the Mara home.
Return to camp for dinner and an overnight stay surrounded by the sounds of the African wilderness.
Day 2: Full-Day Masai Mara Safari
After an early breakfast, spend the entire day exploring the vast plains of the Masai Mara with a professional safari guide. Enjoy a picnic lunch inside the reserve as you search for the Big Five lion, leopard, elephant, rhino, and buffalo—as well as wildebeest, hippos, crocodiles, hyenas, giraffes, antelopes, and over 450 bird species.
If you're visiting between July and October, you may witness the world-famous Great Wildebeest Migration, one of Africa's greatest wildlife spectacles.
Optional activities include a Hot Air Balloon Safari at sunrise or a visit to a traditional Maasai Village to experience the rich culture and traditions of the Maasai people.
Return to camp for dinner and overnight.
Day 3: Masai Mara – Nairobi
Enjoy a final morning game drive or breakfast at the camp before checking out. Begin your scenic drive back to Nairobi, with a stop for lunch en route (optional), arriving in the afternoon.
